Please Remember
Once you have purchased your server, please raise a 'Support Ticket' and provide the following information:

  • Required server name.

  • Server password. ( If required)

  • Required admin username.

  • Required admin Password.


Unfortunately our ordering system does not feature automated set up. All our servers are set up manually. All servers are set up 'Same Day' as ordering, usually within an hour of your payment being received.

Please note, orders after 10:30 pm may not be set up until the following morning.

On subscribing to our services you are setting up a PayPal subscription. This means that PayPal will automatically send us a renewal payment each period, until such time as you cancel your subscription. We do not take any payments from your account manually.

To cancel your server you must cancel your subscription via your PayPal account. To do this login to your account, and click the 'Profile' link and then the 'Pay List' link. You can then select the 'Griffin Technologies' link and cancel your subscription. Your server will then be deactivated after your paid time expires.

If your subscription payment fails for any reason, we will deactivate your server and cancel your subscription. You will then have 24 hours to set up a new subscription before your server is deleted.
