ts-servers.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel with immediate effect, access to any service, when ts-servers.com decide the account is being used inappropriately, or otherwise.

ts-servers.com reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time. It is the customer's duty to check for changes in terms and conditions.

1: ACCEPTABLE USE OF SERVICE

1.0: Accounts are for the use of the primary owner only. Account holders are not permitted to "borrow", "lend" or "sell", their server, webspace or resources to any third party.

1.1: ts-servers.com hold the right to refuse service and/or access to any party, should they deem the application inappropriate.

2: BANDWIDTH POLICY

2.0: All servers and services come with unlimited bandwidth, unless otherwise stated

3: MALICIOUS AND UNFRIENDLY ACTIVITY

3.0: ts-servers.com services may not be used for any activity which affects the ability of other people or systems to use ts-servers.com services or the internet. Interference with or disruption of other network users, services or equipment is prohibited.

4: PAYMENT POLICY

4.0: Accounts may be paid monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually. Payment can be made by 'PayPal'. Other payment methods are permitted at the discretion of ts-servers.com. Service will start from the date the server and/or service is setup.

4.1: Server renewal invoices will be sent via 'PayPal'. Payment must be received no later than the due date. In the case of payment not being received, ts-servers.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend service and access, until the debt is settled.

4.2: All Payment is to be made in pounds sterling.

5: USER CONDUCT

5.0: Abusive behaviour not limited to swearing, cursing, insulting, and or threatening behaviour towards ts-servers.com, its staff or customers is strictly forbidden. Personal abuse of ANY kind, whether transmitted across IRC (Internet Relay Chat), email, forum or telephone will result in immediate termination of service. In this event the customer will not be issued ANY refund.

6: CUSTOMER INFORMATION

6.0: It is the customers duty to keep ts-servers.com informed of any changes of personal details. This includes and it not limited to your email address, address and telephone number. Your new personal details must be sent three days prior to any new communication being sent to the customer. E-mail is the preferred contact method for general communiqué. ts-servers.com will not be held responsible for any loss of communication or problems that arise as a result of customers not informing ts-servers.com of their current and accurate contact details.

7: CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

7.0: ts-servers.com reserves the right to cancel the service and access to the service at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of membership. If a customer contravenes ts-servers.com, terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.

7.1: ts-servers.com provides a "7 Day Money Back Guarantee" on all products. Should your product qualify for this guarantee, please raise an email via the 'Suppor' page within 7 days of placing your initial order for a full refund. Renewals, upgrades and extra services are non-refundable. Customers are limited to using the money back guarantee once.

7.2: Customers may cancel their service at any time. In this event, all start-up incentives and loyalty schemes, including free hosting and other services, will be cancelled without refund.

7.3: Fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable.

8: QUALITY OF SERVICES

8.0: Although ts-servers.com will make the best efforts to provide quality and uninterrupted services this is not guaranteed. ts-servers.com will not be responsible for any damages a service interruption may cause to the client.

9: CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS & COMPENSATION

9.0: ts-servers.com accepts no liability for any loss however so arising suffered as a result of any failure or fault in the service provided by ts-servers.com Any compensation shall be at the discretion of ts-servers.com and shall not exceed the pro-rata value of the loss of service provided. This compensation may take the form of an extension of the defective service or substitution with another service of equal or higher value or cash all at the discretion of ts-servers.com.

10: SERVER USAGE

10.0: Customers are limited on the number of player spaces equal to the number of players the server has been rented for. You must not increase the player limits on your server without the prior permission of ts-servers.com and payment of the difference in price. We do not offer refunds to those who wish to reduce player numbers for any reason.

10.1: You may not attempt to connect to our server through SSH, Telnet or any other means of unauthorized connections. Changing of server setting via the server query interface is also not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may also lead to your server subscription being cancelled where you shall not be credited or refunded.

11: SETUP TIME

11.0: ts-servers.com will strive to set up servers within 4 hours of ordering.

12: INDENTIFICATION

12.0: Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold ts-servers.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against ts-servers.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ts-servers.com against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with ts-servers.com ,server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from ts-servers.com

13: DISCLAIMER

13.0: ts-servers.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. ts-servers.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. ts-servers.com disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by ts-servers.com and its employees. ts-servers.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
